  • The late post for this drawing I made collaboratively with Chicago artist, Brandon Kennedy, on September 4th. We were waiting for our deep dish pizza at an eatery downtown and thought to amuse ourselves with a ball point pen.

  • The goat portraits are of the first commission from my father. Hopefully not the last. A gift for my Dad’s lovely girlfriend Denise’s birthday. He said that they both cherished the paintings and will keep them forever. I love that.

  • full frontal portraits are hard. I’m not technically savvy enough for the symmetry of the human face.

  • Last sunday, Ry and I went to Cafe Ladro on fifteenth and I had my first medici. Dark chocolate and orange zest mocha. Fantastic. As per my new sunday routine, here is the resulting sketch.
